I didn't take any pictures of the previous operations but I did follow all of the steps as illustrated on the last page. The only difference is the actual border/frame in which I used a combination of Cherry and Walnut.
NOTE!!
When installing framed board into playing table make sure the white/maple/light squares are on the players right hand side.
The glued up board now floats inside the frame with a gap of ~1/16" on all four sides.
